When your offer is accepted it is a legal requirement to pay a deposit. This will take the property off the market. At this stage a reservation contract will need to be drawn up to confirm all the details between the buyer and seller. Your nominated conveyancer will help you with this service, alternatively you choose us for your conveyancing.
Conveyancing & Completion
We strongly recommend using a conveyancer to check all the documentation is legal and correct to ensure the property is in good order. We will work with your nominated conveyancer or alternatively you can select our cost-effective conveyancing service through our preferred professional partners.
