This is a curved wall design apartment, situated at the end of the building and the lounge / dining area therefore benefits from an additional window to the side aspect. There is new air conditioning.

The master bedroom is located at the end of the hallway with the second bedroom to the left.
Both bedrooms have remote controlled ceiling fans and double wardrobes offering ample hanging and storage space.
The bedrooms lead out to a terrace linking the two which has been enclosed with glass curtains providing another area to sit and enjoy the peace and tranquility of this beautiful resort. There is additional storage in this area.
There are 19 swimming pools on the Resort and the closest is just a stone´s throw away. 
The friendly and typical Spanish village of Sucina with its bars, restaurants and church square is just a few minutes away by car.
Murcia International airport is located approximately 20 minutes away by car and Alicante airport approximately 1 hour 15 minutes by car.
The historic cities of Murcia and Cartagena are both located approximately 40 minutes away by car.
The Costa Calida beaches running along the Mediterranean coastline are only a 20 minute drive away by car.
