This first floor apartment is located on Phase 1 of the Resort and has panoramic views over the golf course, one of the lakes and the Carrascoy Mountains.
Upon entering the apartment, the fully equipped kitchen is located to the right. The bathroom is located between the two bedrooms. There is a WC, vanity unit with wash-hand basin and mirror above and bath with shower over enclosed with a sliding shower screen.
Both bedrooms are large and have built-in wardrobes offering ample hanging and storage space. The master bedroom has access to the very sizeable terrace via French doors and the second bedroom is ideally configured to allow for the installation of an en-suite shower room.
